SHAKE THE NATIONS 2026 is designed to do more than identify the remnant—it seeks to form, equip, and commission believers to become Kingdom builders. Raising up leaders who understand their identity, purpose, and assignment in advancing God's Kingdom.

Dr.
Martin L. Williams
Dr. Martin L. Williams is a leadership expert, author, speaker, and real estate developer dedicated to personal growth, community development, and leadership training. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, he holds a master's degree in Leisure Sports Management and a doctorate in Biblical Studies.
As a real estate investor, he has played a significant role in Omaha's economic development, most notably by transforming a former Walmart into The Embassy Center, a multi-business hub that supports local organizations and businesses. He is also a published author whose books focus on spiritual growth, leadership, and personal success.
Dr. Williams serves as Chairman of the Omaha Innovation Connection Hub, co-owns the Carver Legacy Center, and leads Martin Williams International. He founded the Global Leadership Network (GLN) in 2012 to develop leaders through mentorship, leadership training, and spiritual guidance, with outreach spanning the United States and several countries, including Haiti, Rwanda, Nigeria, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico.

Vaughn McLaughlin
Bishop Vaughn McLaughlin is the founder and senior pastor of The Potter’s House International Ministries in Jacksonville, Florida, a thriving church of more than 5,000 members that he established in 1988. A respected pastor, educator, entrepreneur, and community leader, he holds advanced degrees in theology, philosophy, and leadership and is known for integrating ministry with economic and community development.
Under his leadership, The Potter’s House has launched numerous initiatives, including The Potter’s House Christian Academy, a nationally accredited K–12 school, and Kingdom Plaza at Normandy Mall, a transformed shopping mall that serves as a hub for worship, education, businesses, and community services. His innovative approach to faith-based economic empowerment has earned national recognition and numerous awards.
Bishop McLaughlin also serves as presiding bishop of Covenant Fellowship International, mentoring pastors and leaders worldwide. Through preaching, leadership development, and community outreach, he has impacted thousands of lives. He and his wife, Lady Narlene McLaughlin, have partnered in ministry for decades, with their two children also serving in leadership roles within the organization.

Dr. Jermone Glenn is a catalyst for culture shapers across the globe. As a progressive communicator, potential provoker, and people developer, he illuminates a path for others to walk in their purpose.
His identity is expressed through the five essential elements of his calling: creativity, character, commitment, compassion, and consistency, which he uses to empower a generation. Dr. Glenn is the Executive Pastor of New Life Covenant Southeast and the CEO of JG Innovations. He has a global impact: traveling the world teaching, preaching, and mentoring people through Leaderevolution®. As a thought architect and ministry leader for over 25 years, Dr. Glenn is the author of twelve books that shift mindsets and ensure the success of others. He breaks the stereotypes of religion, advancing the kingdom of God in every facet of life.
Jermone serves with the love of his life and partner in purpose, his wife Pastor Erica. In his downtime, you can find him quietly relaxing at home and functioning in the most important role of his life, a father to their three kids, Josiah, Mona’e, and Jonathan.
